What are your shipping fees?

For a limited time, Wayne Wright is offering FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all online orders over Rs.1500/-, after applied discounts. The cost for delivery will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, please allow up to 2 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item(s) will be delivered via the shipping method you selected.

I just received an email with my tracking number and the number shows that my order was delivered. How is that possible?

If you see that the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbours, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren’t around at the time of delivery. If you still can’t locate it, chat us and we’ll gladly get to the bottom of it.

Where do you ship?

We ship to any valid India address with some exceptions to remote locations. Please check using your PIN code at the delivery option.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For now, you send an email to info@waynewright.in if you are located outside of India.

I just placed an order online, when will I receive it?

You can expect to receive your package within 5 business days from the order date (1-2 business days for handling and up to 3 business days of transit time).

I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?

It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.

Can I expedite my shipping?

You are able to choose a variety of delivery options at checkout. However, we are unable to edit shipping and delivery preferences once an order has been placed.
